Job Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a medical laboratory technician or experienced lab professional to support the Clinical IT team by helping establish an onsite lab presence and assisting with the implementation of Laboratory Softwares. This individual will act as a liaison between the lab and Clinical IT teams, communicating operational issues, supporting minor end user troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. While not expected to perform technical troubleshooting or laboratory testing, the candidate should bring strong operational knowledge of laboratory workflows and systems to effectively support project needs. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Lab Background - Great communication skills - Valid Drivers License - Operational Experience with Roche Navify or Sysmex Caresphere NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Lab certifications Company Description Insight Global isn’t just a staffing company.
