Job Description: Assist new residential customers with set-up of
applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits
of an integrated AT&T solution. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product
installation in order to set-up their applications and features.
Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated
solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve
sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific
area or territory. Track and report activities through established
processes and procedures. Sell all products and services offered by
the Company. GENERAL DUTIES The functions listed below are
representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties
generally include but are not limited to the following: GENERAL
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED: Customer
Experience and Sales - Meet and exceed all sales goals established
by the Company - Understand the needs of each individual customer
and how the AT&T portfolio of products and services will meet
and benefit the customer - The ability to upsell and transition
warm leads into actual sales in an outside sales environment -
Excellent time management and communications skills - Engage
customers with the latest AT&T products and services, including
but not limited to, wireless data and voice, entertainment, TV, and
broadband - Engage customers through in-home product demonstrations
and educate them on how to use all AT&T products and services -
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be able to
perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation: -

accurately, in a timely manner - Ability to operate a personal
computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax - Ability to work

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS TESTS: Applicants will be expected to pass any
assessments or tests associated with the position. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: - 1-3 years direct retail/customer facing/sales
experience preferred - High School Diploma preferred TRAINING -
Classroom training - On-the-job training - On-line training Our
Field Sales Representatives earn between $40,534 - $51,896 $20,000
commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped
commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top
sellers $71,029 per year. Not to mention all the other amazing

within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise,
