Responsibilities: - Assist customers with phone and will-call sales
of HVAC parts and supplies, with no cold calling involved. -
Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, and lead times
via phone, fax, and email. - Follow up with customers regarding
pricing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. - Communicate
with manufacturers to obtain current lead time information and
customer delivery requirements. - Collaborate with outside sales
team to address customer-related needs and provide exceptional
service. - Educate customers about product technology, features,
and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: -
Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment. -
Ability to successfully sell products and deliver excellent
customer service. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport
with customers. - Creative problem-solving abilities to address
customer needs effectively. - Highly motivated with the ability to
work both independently and in a team environment. - Ability to
interact effectively with individuals at multiple levels. -
Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism in all
interactions. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Epicor
Eclipse/Solar. - Knowledge of HVAC products and industry. -
