Skills & Abilities: • 2-3 years store operations experience. • Visual Communications and promotions experience. • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity, Accountability, Agility and teamwork orientated • Ability to write and post communication/visual updates. • Experience creating visual tasks for store execution. Nice to have: • Experience with communication platforms such as Zipline. • Experience with pricing platforms such as XCC. Role: Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects. Our team supports at least 1-2 messages daily on average to the stores. These range from promotional updates communication (in-store promos, exclusive offers, etc) to larger workload like visual (floorset) changes to fixtures/walls in stores. Our team works to ensure that all information needed operationally to execute the floorset activity and update promotion changes is clear for the field all resources are available in Zipline. Additionally, we update the promotions in our promotional system to match for the effective date a promo will be running. Responsibilities: • Assists with communicating projects with all levels of field management. • Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams. • Assists less experienced coordinators. • Supports day-to-day execution of all visual documents and field communication. • Writes and posts communication/visual updates to Zipline. • Creates visual tasks in Zipline for stores to execute. • Supports pricing and promotional setup and execution using XCC. • Responds to field visual questions via Regional Inboxes.
