Description: Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President
Operations - Narrow Web, you will have broad responsibility and
leadership for the overall performance and profitability of Brook &
Whittle's Hamilton site's operations. You will lead the
implementation of strategies and initiatives to ensure a safe work
environment, drive quality improvements, provide premier customer
service, maximize profitable growth, develop a technically
qualified work force, foster an environment that supports the
company culture of collaboration and teamwork, reduce operating
costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvements.
You will bring past experience in the printing industry to oversee
day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
customer and business expectations.
