SplicingCLASSIFICATION: Non-ExemptPOSITION OVERVIEW:ADB is a
Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure
solutions including Wireline, Wireless, ISP, AV, and Engineering.

Level I Technician, Cable Splicing to assist with various
underground, aerial and ISP fiber splicing projects. This position
will prep fiber optic cables, perform single splice procedures,
utilizes various splicing hand tools and testers, etc. The ideal
candidate will bring an eagerness to learn, a safety centric
approach, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to
achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs basic level
jobsite preparation for various underground, aerial and ISP fiber
placement splicing projectsHas basic level ability to prep fiber
optic cables for a diverse number of splicing projectsOperates an
assortment of hand tools including, but not limited to, diagonal
cutters, razor blades, ribbon splitters, etc.Reads and interprets
entry level constructions prints and drawingPerforms maintenance on
various splicing equipmentAbility to single splice and follow cable
color codesEnsure safety requirements are being always
followedSafely operates company vehicles and construction equipment
as needed and directed by leadershipPerforms other position duties

hats, and steel toed boots.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:0-1+ year of
experience performing or assisting with fiber optic splicing
projectsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredADB Companies,
