Electrical Controls EngineerJWF Technologies, LLCHamilton, OhioGreater Cincinnati distributor of custom hydraulic systems and turnkey mobile hydraulic packages seeks a Controls Engineer responsible for the design of electrical and control systems for various industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. This engineer works on projects from concept through design, assembly, operation, and user training including part specifications and operating manuals.Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in industrial controls is required.
• Experience working with PLC based control systems including Schneider, Allen Bradley PLC programming.
• Skills for developing HMI applications
• Skills in the development of logic flow diagrams, hardware and software test procedures and associated documentation.
• User knowledge with CAD - SolidWorks is a plus.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Hydraulic knowledge a plus
• CanBus knowledge a plus
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong customer interaction skillsDuties and Responsibilities include:
  • Design, develop and test electrical controls based on customer specifications.
  • Design electrical schematics and panel layouts
  • Create Bills of Materials (BOM) per designed project.
  • Act as a customer liaison to clarify customer needs and expectations.
  • Assist in providing technical and functional guidance to other employees
  • Manage projects to maintain good customer relations and meet schedule and cost targets.
  • Review and ensure conformance to customer specifications.
  • Final project close out of all documentation updates and development of user manuals.
  • Requires control system testing and trouble shooting in house and in the field.
  • Develop or revise internal processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
