Mission: Structure and provide efficient processes for Business managers (National Directorate, Shared services, Sites) for one or multiple applications in the area of: Sales, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, EDI, Human Resources. Your challenges? * You ensure efficient deployment of standard business processes & applications * You deploy standard business processes & applications within sites and shared services. * You train & support business users. * You have experience with Windows Servers and Desktop maintenance a plus. * You end user support of responsible applications. * You ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation. * You are responsible for managing other assignments as determined by Site IS Manager * You will collect business needs and best practices * You will collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards. * If necessary you will specify and implement local solutions to cover local needs. * You exchange and capitalize best practices with others business analysts. * You measure ROI and benefits though physical indicators Let's talk about you... * You have completed Bachelor's degree. * You have a minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Analyst or similiar role. * You have knowledge of and experiene in the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of IT for manufacturing. * You have a basic understanding of EDI interfaces; Solid understanding of many different bar codes; maintenance of systems; end user support of those systems * It is preferred that you have a basic understanding of SAP Join Us !
