Marketing Coordinator ProScape Lawn & Landscape ProScape Lawn & Landscape is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our work, people, and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on-capturing content in the field, telling stories through photos and video, and supporting recruiting and marketing efforts. If you enjoy a mix of creativity, field work, and collaboration, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Content Creation Capture photos and video of projects, crews, and company activities Document before-and-after transformations and project progress Edit video content for social media and marketing use Build and maintain a library of marketing content Social Media & Recruiting Post and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Create recruiting posts and hiring campaigns Highlight team members, projects, and company culture Help maintain a consistent and engaging online presence Sales & Event Support Assist with setup and coordination of client and industry events Support the sales team with marketing materials and visuals Capture content at events and networking opportunities Internal Marketing & Culture Help organize and promote team events and celebrations Capture and share internal culture content Support company branding and messaging initiatives Brand & Marketing Support Maintain consistent branding across all content Assist with website updates and marketing materials Coordinate with marketing leadership and vendors as needed What We're Looking For Strong photography and video skills Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.) Familiarity with social media platforms Organized and able to manage multiple projects Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling Comfortable working in the field with crews and interacting with clients and leadership Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ( $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience) Medical Benefits offered Paid Time Off Company matched savings program Career development and coaching opportunities About ProScape Lawn & Landscape ProScape is a growing commercial landscaping company built on teamwork, excellence, accountability, consistency, urgency, and passion in our work .
