year Science/Technical or higher degree Research and Development
requires: understanding of the menstrual / tampon consumer, market,
and regulations Expertise designing, executing, and summarizing
consumer studies, from show tests to usage Able to interact with
internal and external suppliers and agencies, i.e. to create
products to be tested, for product/study placement, to understand
processes of interest, etc. Create and align study proposal.
Research and Development duties: Products Research/Development
Support Create data tables, breakouts, analyze, and summarize.
Create product boards, etc. for management reviews. Expertise in
data analysis, qualitative and quantitative, is REQUIRED. This can
include video analysis and video clip creation, analytical data,
sensory data, laboratory data, etc. Data mining (e.g. breakouts,
statistical analysis, JMP software proficiency, etc.) of historical
and new in-use technical and consumer acceptance testing. Able to
conduct basic qualitative consumer interviews Data mining (e.g.
breakouts, statistical analysis, etc.) of historical and new in-use
technical and consumer acceptance testing. Develop claim support
strategy for global projects. document and get clearance for
studies, e.g. PRT, SMART, GAIMS, etc Generate data to support
global claims as dictated in the support strategy matrix. This can
include: analytical data of competitive products, sensory data,
usage tests, etc.
