• To be an "Advocate of Empathy": Responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• To be a Patient Observer: Discover residents' interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique. Collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
• To be a Master of the Mise en Sc--ne: Responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up activities and residents' rooms.
• To be a Life Partner: Partnering with residents to support all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
• To be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
• To assist with orientation of team members: Assigned to memory care neighborhoods.Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
  • Computer skills for documentation.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist residents with mobility and after falls.
  • Criminal background clearance.Employment Benefits:
