to fill full-time positions for our new Rotational Operations
Leadership Program. We offer a comprehensive program to provide
hands-on experience and a broad perspective on the critical
functions of our business, (Operations, Supply Chain, Business and
Finance). This is a terrific opportunity to apply your education,

innovation in our industry.Candidates are recruited and enrolled
into an immersive training program. Over a two-year period,
candidates will be assigned to at least two successive sites (Brook
+ Whittle has fifteen locations nationwide) to learn all aspects of
our business. At each successive site, this individual will take on
an improvement project that they have recommended, based on their
observations, or a project deemed to be of significant importance
to the organization by B&W leadership. Successful completion of
the Rotational Operations Leadership program will put the employee
on a career path to fill roles such as Project Manager, Department
Managers, Site Managers and more.Responsibilities: - Develop a
comprehensive understanding of each facet Brook + Whittle's
processes and product offerings - Build technical skills necessary
to take on a leading position in the organization - Collect and
analyze data to identify opportunities and solutions based on root
cause analysis - Create business cases to present to key
stakeholders and sell solutions - Lead and drive the continuous
improvement projects through hands-on support and leadership. -
Partner with process owners to identify and leverage best practices
to achieve maximum results, eliminate cost of poor performance and
deliver sustainable and repeatable change - Coach and champion
functional teams to identify and implement opportunities, improving
program and process effectiveness - Act as a change agent to
instill a continuous improvement / can-do culture throughout the
organization - Act as a technical expert, coach, and train other
team members in the use of continuous improvement processes and
toolsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, packaging
science or printing required.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Concepts
preferred.
- Completion of a Brook + Whittle Manufacturing & Innovation
Leadership Internship or Co-Op is desirable but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written
and verbal)
- Ability to work on a team
- A self-starter motivated with a desire to have positive, real
impact on our people and systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Committed to continuous personal development with strong
organizational skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Flexible work style
- Ability to relocate is necessary
