Job Description:

Your responsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Installs, upgrades, supports and troubleshoots Windows 10 and Microsoft Office365 and any other authorized desktop applications.Installs, supports and troubleshoots printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.Performs desktop administration (including backup, security management, user account management, patching, network access, office systems and applications support).Supports desktop hardware, software, and applications.Deploys and maintains company approved default image when necessary.Identify and repair hardware and software including assessment of replacement as warranted.Supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.Executes small to medium sized projects according to schedule.Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Your profileQualifications & Experience: High School degree.Experience with Window 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Mobile Devices, Cloud based SaaS offerings, and support ticketing systems.Experience researching and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first-line support teams.Experienced responding to escalated telephone, email and online requests for technical supportFamiliarity with standard patching procedures.Experience configuring and supporting Remote Access technology.Proven experience supporting networked printers and photocopiers.Strong written, verbal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
