The Senior, Compensation CoE is a Senior Manager equivalent individual contributor role responsible for providing sophisticated analytics to the Compensation team, focusing on base pay, incentive and other compensation programs. Key responsibilities include one or more of the following: in-hire rate and pay change analysis, collaborating with others on the Compensation team and business partners to complete "what if" models to predict the impact of compensation plan changes; supporting pilot and test-and-learn initiatives; summarizing market research for compensation best practices; researching, analyzing and resolving compensation issues, supporting year-end merit and incentive programs and providing sophisticated analytics support. The colleague may also perform other duties as necessaryEssential Functions

  • Assess payout trends and effectiveness of pay programs, including field specific incentive and salaried base pay guidelines.
  • Study the ROI of the incentive programs and help develop programs to motivate measurable performance.
  • Translate analytics and reports into insights to influence decision making.
  • Develop excel-based models to assess the anticipated expense impact and colleague impact of proposed program changes.
  • Support Compensation team by conducting sophisticated analysis to understand the financial and colleague implications of pilots, test-and-learn initiatives, new programs, and policies to meet changing business/talent needs.
  • Identify and develop automated tools and references that enable Business Partners and People Leaders to make informed decisions.

  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctualityQualifications and Competencies:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in Compensation or in an analytical environment with manipulation of large data sets required.
    • Knowledge of HR system (Oracle HCM) Microsoft
    • Access and VBA preferred.
    • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
    • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
    • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
