HelpDesk support BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HelpDesk support at Hamilton, NJ Title: HelpDesk support Location: Hamilton, NJ Duration: 1 year contract Onsite position requiring 37 1/2 hours per week. Normal hours will be 9:00AM - 5:00PM with 30 minute Lunch. (earlier start time may be required during projects or coverage). Provides basic end-user technical support including, but not limited to, performing hardware/software installations, and resolving day-to-day system problems for call center end users, Work closely with Trainers during remote and onsite New Hire setup and orientation Works on basic assignments, and performs a full range of basic and/or routine and primary repetitive technical support activities Enter and track issues in Ticketing System as instructed Performs as a member of quick-response user-support team and works under deadlines Operates independently to resolve routine end-user problems and with immediate supervision for more complex issues or assignments Considerable end-user interaction by screen share or in person QUALIFICATIONS: Technical aptitude to identify and resolve desk top application issues for call center representatives Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of related technical support experience which includes hands on desktop support A basic knowledge of computing processes and technology including: Windows Desktop OS, workstations, software diagnostics and tools. Knowledge of voice telephony, and call center technology recommended Basic PC Literacy and ability to Learn and adapt to unfamiliar technical tasks within the NJSDU callcenter computer environment. Excellent customer service orientation and appreciation of role as Conduent representative Ability to work effectively under pressure and/or diagnose user needs and escalate problems without delay to appropriate levels for resolution Considerable end-user interface by phone and/or in-person necessitates good (clear) verbal communication skills and credible customer presence Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines Commitment to quality and personal ethics Ability to work independently, and as a part of team Please share me the updated resumes to About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solutions and staffing firm.
