3rd Shift Machine Operator-----" Temp-to-hire and Great Benefits! A well-established manufacturing company in West Chester/Fairfield area that offers great benefits and seeking candidates to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase. Position Details: Seeking multiple candidates for machine operating to start ASAP. This is a 3rd shift position with the hours of 8:30pm-6:00am Sunday-Wednesday, with starting the pay is $19.00/hr. *Training on 1st shift: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday at $16/hr. You switch to 3rd shift after training and receive the 3rd shift pay differential* What they offer:

Responsibilities and Requirements: Ability to load and operate CNC equipment such as vertical milling machines, horizontal milling machines, and lathes. Perform specific job duties required to produce products to meet drawing requirements. Be receptive to training and direction from Engineers and programmers. Must be able to read Blue Prints. Be able to follow written instructions and established procedures. Communicate issues and problems as they arise to Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Identify material needed per the production schedule.
• Initiate CNC set-up and operation.
• Perform Quality checks per the work instructions. Execute the production cycle.
• Utilizing the CNC Controls, call up the program for the product to be produced.
• Properly load raw material in fixturing utilizing pneumatic, hand and/or torque tools as specified. Ensure proper torque of all clamping features is obtained.
• Change worn or damaged inserts and or tooling as required.
• Capable of presetting the machine for cutting operations.
• Replace consumable tools or alert programmers/maintenance to further machine issues.
• Will provide technical assistance and guidance to other operators.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required. Basic Skill and Ability Requirements:
• Diverse experience in machine controls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to move large, heavy parts/raw materials via crane regularly
• Experience with lean manufacturing and kaizen techniques
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
