Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Associate Shifts: A Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 5:30PM B Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM C Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00PM - 3:30AM *Mandatory overtime may be necessary to meet business demands. This is a position that requires special skills and / or schooling. These skills require technical training in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Metalworking and applications, Plumbing, Conveyors and Electric forklifts. Qualified candidates must possess skills in a minimum of two of these areas and must be able to read and understand schematics and possess troubleshooting skills. The pay for this position is established by the specific skills required and the amount of training and experience that the individual possesses and is not altered by the probationary period.
