Job Description Job Description QuickPro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join a reputable manufacturer specializing in electronic circuit board assembly. In this role, you will perform hand assembly work on pre- and post-surface mount circuit boards while following detailed documentation and strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble thru-hole electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs Identify component polarity, orientation, and placement per drawings and reference designators Read and interpret shop documentation and assembly drawings to meet customer specifications Apply IPC-A-610 standards for workmanship and quality Verify component values and ensure correct part placement Operate basic assembly tools and equipment, including: Hand tools and electronic cutters PCB depaneling equipment Automatic screw guns and feeders Pneumatic dispensing equipment Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout all assembly tasks Interpersonal & Team Skills Takes ownership of work quality and precision Dependable, cooperative, and motivated team player Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Communicates quality concerns promptly to supervisors or team leads Follows all documented processes and safety procedures Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: Prior production or electronic assembly experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates Physical Requirements Work performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment Prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and light lifting required Strong manual dexterity and good vision necessary for small component handling Apply today with QuickPro Staffing to get started in a stable, clean, and team-oriented manufacturing environment!
