Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting
full-time W-2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers based in Lima, OH for
OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of
I-35. This entry-level role is intended for recent CDL graduates
and drivers with limited experience; a paid training program and
mentor support are provided for qualified candidates. Drivers will
operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive
benefits effective from day one. Employment type: Full-time W-2
Equipment: Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
Typical freight: No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook
for major customers across the Eastern U.S. What we offer Stable,

responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in
compliance with DOT and company policies Transport no-touch dry van
freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain
accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs Perform and document
daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Communicate professionally
and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members Minimum
requirements Valid Class A CDL Recent CDL school graduates with at
least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program;
experienced drivers also encouraged to apply Satisfactory driving
record and demonstrated safety orientation Able to pass DOT
physical and pre-employment drug screen
