Job Description Job Description This is a contact role between 6-8 month Gojob is hiring a Warehouse Lead for a warehouse located in Lewis Center, OH. We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented person who will oversee operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory software systems. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment. Shift & Pay: Mon- Fri, 7:30am - 4pm Pay Range: $23 - 25/hr based on experience Responsibilities: Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to safety protocols. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and managing warehouse operations. Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation. Receive shipments into the facility Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks Perform repack, kitting, and associated material-handling activities Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role is required. Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Background in e-commerce operations or distribution center management is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of operating pallet jacks Strong Communications Skills At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
