Job Description:
Your Contribution Monitor supplier on-time deliveries via oral
and written documentation to ensure zero-part outages in
production. Set-up premium transportation as required to ensure
zero-part outages in production. Contact suppliers failing to send
ASN’s for shipments. (Advanced Shipping Notices) Request and
require corrective action plan to ensure future compliance. Manage
component parts availability to allow for 100% schedule
conformance. Complete cycle counts and investigate root causes for
discrepancies to ensure zero-part outages in production. Complete
RDR’s (Receiving Discrepancy Report) investigations as required to
ensure proper inventory levels. Maintain inventory accuracy within
respective MRP controllers and SAP parameters. Responsible for
monitoring inventory targets and making appropriate adjustments for
approval. Clear all open deliveries (VL011) weekly. Contact
suppliers to resolve discrepancies in shipping cost versus purchase
order agreements. Follow up with Purchase Requisitions in SAP to
ensure SA’s are generated. Your Experience & Qualifications
Associates degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or
related field and minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a
manufacturing logistics environment. Equivalent experience may be
