AT&T services. We're hiring a full-time Customer Success
Representative to support and enhance the post-sale experience,
driving satisfaction and long-term loyalty. As a Customer Success
Representative, you’ll help ensure AT&T customers in
Indianapolis enjoy a smooth, satisfying post-sale experience. With
full training on AT&T’s products and strategies, you’ll build
strong relationships, support service adoption, and uncover new
ways to boost loyalty, turning one-time buyers into lasting brand
advocates. Essential Functions of the Customer Success
Representative Role Act as the primary point of contact for
post-sale support, proactively checking in to ensure customer
satisfaction and successful product adoption. Host in-store or
phone-based service reviews to help customers maximize the value of
their AT&T plans and features. Deliver expert support across
AT&T wireless, internet, and TV services, using up-to-date
product knowledge. Resolve customer issues promptly or route
complex technical or billing concerns to the appropriate teams.
Identify upgrade opportunities and recommend additional services
based on usage patterns and evolving needs. Keep customers informed
about new features, exclusive promotions, and service enhancements
aligned with their lifestyle. Build long-lasting relationships that
turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic AT&T ambassadors.
Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system
to support team visibility and strategy development. Collaborate
closely with sales, tech, and operations teams to ensure a seamless
and positive customer journey. Monitor loyalty metrics like NPS and
CSAT, and contribute to strategies that boost satisfaction and
retention.
