success. Job Description We are seeking an Application Developer to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your
expertise to contribute to complex technology solutions that drive
financial services innovation. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality,
scalable, and secure applications in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities Provide technical consulting on complex projects,
including software design, realization, testing, deployment, and
release management. Serve as a subject matter expert in financial
services and Java development, collaborating with project teams to
meet specific client requirements. Act as a liaison between
end-users and the technology organization during application
consulting projects. Define product scope, objectives, and
requirements, creating detailed specifications from which programs
will be written. Research and document client needs, technology,
and regulatory requirements, identifying opportunities to improve
business processes and systems. Participate in product
testing/validation as needed. Contribute to the continuous
improvement of software engineering best practices and support
training initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility in managing workload
and updating management on task progress. Required Qualifications:
10 years of Java Development experience. Proven expertise in API
Development. Strong background in Financial Services / Banking.
Proficiency with GitHub, IntelliJ, Jenkins. Experience with Test
Automation (Newman). Ability to define specifications and data
models for product development and testing. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and
teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile
methodologies. Knowledge of AWS Connect. Experience working on
large, complex systems. Most recent experience in banking. Work
Environment & Location: Location: Onsite in Cincinnati.
