Job Description Job Description Gojob is hiring a part-time Human Resource Coordinator for a fashion warehouse located in Groveport, OH. We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented person. You will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department and assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions. This role ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR processes. Responsibilities: Coordinate process between HR and payroll in setting up new associates, initiating onboarding paperwork, E-Verify process, and updating profiles of active associates. Assist with interview scheduling and coordination, office visits, and applicant tracking system maintenance for campus and experienced recruiting. Support the HR operations functions as needed, focusing on first line support such as monitoring timekeeping entries for payroll, assisting with open enrollment activities, providing support on internal and external audit requests, and various documentation needs for file accuracy and compliance Work with each recruiting team on ensuring job boards are up to date Contribute to front of the office duties as needed per office Qualifications: 1 year experience in a human resource admin role Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and integrity Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous experience with delivering exceptional customer service Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently A positive, can-do attitude Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work Ability to learn and correctly utilize our company’s systems and software Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office including Excel At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
