We work with our customers to provide the right system for the desired ride "-- - - from passive monotube shock absorbers to those that are adjustable, we have you covered for the optimal driving experience.Your responsibilitiesEntry-level Human Resources position that includes hands on training towards professional development in HR. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing support and coordination to hiring managers in the recruitment & staffing for hourly candidates, onboarding of new staff, benefits and systems maintenance, project work and other duties as assigned. Processed open position requisitions, posting openings using applicant tracking system, reviewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, in-person interviews, offers, rejections. Ensures a stellar candidate experience during all touch points with the Company during the sourcing, interviewing, offer and on-boarding stages. Administers and guides new staff through the pre-employment and on-boarding process. Works with outside temporary employment agencies to fill approved hourly temporary employee needs. Assists the Human Resource department in the tracking and maintaining of HR related processes utilizing shared online resources including spreadsheets and other systems (e.g., Smartsheet). Can, if needed, input and update new hire, current and/or terminated employee information in HRIS and shared HR systems including E-Verify I9 information. Assists with the maintenance and auditing of personnel files with a focus on compliance. -- - - Assists in the development of spreadsheets (Excel), review of surveys and audits, report building and data sorting. Assists with the processing of benefit enrollments, changes and terminations. Fields and supports employee requests of an HR nature. Actively participates in the planning, preparation and implementation of all HR sponsored meetings and company events.Your profile-- - - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business. -- - - Familiarity with Human Resource processes.
