    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum two years of Instructional Design experience in a highly regulated industry: --------Ideally Healthcare, Pharma, Med Device, also Aerospace or Electronics.
    • Significant experience needed in a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as opposed to a Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Must have strong corporate work in Articulate Storyline.
    • Creative but also STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL; to proofread and needs to be a nut for the details.Position OverviewAs an Instructional Designer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the development of curriculum to educate sales organization on medical devices and their related clinical applications. The Instructional Designer works closely with cross-functional partners and SMEs to produce high quality, consistent course materials that support established learning outcomes and elevate employee competencies.Position Responsibilities
      • Work closely with SMEs to support 'flipping the classroom' and improving existing assets, updating branding, effectively 'chunking' content for informal learning
      • Drive global training strategy by upskilling SMEs in principles of high-quality instructional design; help set global standards for content design and development
      • Design and develop learning materials in various modalities, including traditional Storyline eLearning, Rise eLearning, video scripting/editing, job aids and reference materials, microlearning content, interactive classroom (virtual and live), assessments and knowledge reinforcement
      • Align with established project and management processes, instruction design standards and processes, and corporate brand style and standards, including compliance requirements.
      • Rebuild content in Storyline for mobile platforms.Position Requirements
        • Bachelor's degree with a minimum two years of Instructional Design experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
        • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
        • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts, and assessments (medical experience a plus).
        • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, team player with a customer-centric attitude.
        • Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
        • Significant experience in a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as opposed to a Learning Management System (LMS)
        • Experience creating courses using Articulate Storyline.
