Description: We are a family owned & operated residential design/build firm that has been in business for 42 years and we have 22 employees (5 office staff, 17 shop & field staff). We are seeking a new hire with diverse experience & skill that would need to fill a role that does not currently exist of both HR/office administrator & marketing implementer. Employee would support company operations by maintaining & organizing office systems and supporting entire staff as well as executing our marketing strategy. We have a bookkeeper currently that is responsible for bill pay & accounting so that would not need to be a part of this role. Our current office, shop & showroom is located in Hamilton off 129 near Millville. This could be a full time or part time position. Duties: Answering phone and delegating remodeling leads to sales team Human Resource tasks which include managing our time tracking app with our employees, benefit management & coordination (health, phones, 401k, new hire onboarding, etc) Orders supplies and equipment for the office, wood shop and field operations as necessary Shipping & receiving Maintaining office organization & cleanliness Helping to define & implement our marketing strategy: including but not limited to social media posts, newsletter composition, website updates & development, online business profile updates, setting up & attending trade shows as well as trade event attendance Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any needs that arise despite specific defined roles Event & company meeting organization Skills/Qualifications: Organized & creative Motivated Eager to learn and a willingness to wear a variety of hats A working knowledge of design and the construction process or desire to learn Experience in computers and computer software such as Adobe as well as office/Google sheets Photography Experience in social media marketing & website updates (Wordpress & Squarespace) Ability to understand business processes & organization Communicates well both verbally & in written form Benefits & Pay: Hourly pay depends on skill & experience Full time employees receive 8 paid holidays, minimum 1 week paid vacation, employer contributed 401k and options for full health benefits depending on compensation package Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
