Job Description /n CDL A Driver /n No license restrictions- up to 2 overnights a week /n /n What Brought You Here /n /n - Pay Rate: $28/hour depending on experience /n - Quarterly safety bonus opportunities /n - Earn additional pay based on individual and team performance with our Monthly Production Incentive Compensation Program! /n - Monthly safe driver bonus incentives /n - Weekly Pay /n - Shift: Day Shift Monday - Friday, starting at 5am with OT as needed /n - Benefits starting DAY ONE! /n /n Who You Are: /n /n - Someone with previous over the road experience. /n - Good driving record. /n - No license restrictions. /n - Can operate manual transmission. /n - Familiar with pre and post trip inspections and using online log systems. /n /n What You Will Be Doing /n Successful candidates for the Delivery Driver role are motivated and eager to provide a high level of customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. /n /n - Drives truck to destination. /n - Distributes receipts for load picked up. /n - Occasionally collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges. /n - Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. /n - Maintains telephone and / or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. /n - Loads and unloads truck as needed. /n - Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. /n - Positions blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit. /n /n Skills You Bring: /n /n - Must be CDL Licensed, must pass Driver's Testing, and must pass DOT Physical / Drug Testing /n - Current and active Class A Driver’s license with good driving record. /n - No license restrictions. /n - Must be able to operate manual transmission. /n - Up to 2 overnight trips per week (hotel and per diem provided) /n - Previous experience operating a Moffett and boom truck highly preferred /n - Previous warehouse experience highly preferred /n - Proficient in reading and writing English /n - Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling and lifting a MINIMUM of 75 LBS; and extensive fast-paced walking in all weather conditions throughout the year /n - Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and write the English language, and map reading skills' /n /n Why Trulite: /n Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
