Vaco is looking for a contract to hire Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH! Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative Job Type: Contract to Hire Location: Fully onsite at Manor Park Dr Columbus Ohio 43228 Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM Start Date: TBD*Candidates must be fluent in English and SpanishESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide excellent customer service via phone and online correspondence
Answer customer inquiries on repairs and unit services
Identify parts via part breakdown or customer descriptions
Learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
Process Warranty claims and customer orders
Document customer issues and follow up with customers as needed.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center or inbound call experience
