Job Description:
Role Customer Service Representative Location, Hamilton, OH
45011 Direct Hire Full time role What you bring Excellent customer
service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer
navigation and operations skills Ability to work both
independently, as well as in a team environment Demonstrate
effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
Added bonus if you have Troubleshooting experience Banking or
financial industry experience Experience working with a high volume
call center with high profile clients. Shifts May have to work
weekends, shifts will be discussed Training period will be M-F
8am-430pm Have 8 hour and 10 hr shifts available Shift differential
additional 10 for working weekends or working between 6pm to 6am
Benefits Details 100 401k match up to 6, eligible day one Annual
bonus based on performance (she has to confirm how much that would
be) 15 days PTO and 10 personalsick days as well as national
holidays Lots of overtime available Time and a half for working an
unscheduled holiday
