Growing Non-Profit Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join an established Palliative Care team in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Your Role with the Company:

Join an established Palliative Care team consisting of 3 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers
Provide outpatient palliative care services focused on improving quality of life and patient satisfaction
Traditional full-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
Potential outreach opportunities to additional clinic locations within the region

Background Profile:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Palliative Care, Hospice, Home Health, or related experience preferred
