Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession:
Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 14
weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:30 - 18:00)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty License: Compact or
Kentucky State License required Certifications: BLS required
Description: Call required. Day shift hours may shift slightly due
to scheduled patients. The job requires good communication skills,
attention to detail, and most importantly, patient-centeredness.
Preference for a technologist with experience performing various
types of PET/CT scans, including general FDG Oncology, NET, PSMA,
Neurology, and Cardiac imaging. Travelers will be expected to
rotate between General Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. Local travelers
within 75 miles are not accepted for this position. Candidates will
float within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations. Rehire
eligibility will be checked weekly. All candidates must have
experience suitable for the job requirements. Candidates will need
to inform if they have previously worked in a similar environment.
