Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Indianapolis,
IN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,065 to $3,115 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position We are seeking an
experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Level
IV, state-of-the-art Women & Infants Hospital. This role requires a
highly skilled nurse capable of handling high-risk obstetric
patients and working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to
patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions using advanced fetal
monitoring techniques Administer medications including magnesium
sulfate and insulin drips Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to ensure safe delivery outcomes Support high-risk pregnancies in
both L&D and antepartum units Assist in OB triage and emergency
situations Adhere to AWHONN staffing and clinical guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Unit Details:
15-bed Labor & Delivery Unit 20-bed Antepartum Unit 8-bed OB Triage
Unit 1:1 patient ratio during active labor 1:2 ratio during
early/latent labor Dedicated charge nurse and baby nurse support
Schedule & Expectations: 36 hours per week (option for 48 hours
available) Every third weekend required Holiday rotation required
Orientation: 2 shifts Must be reliable with strong attendance
(strict no call-off policy) No on-call requirement Additional

Requirements Active RN license (State of Indiana or compact
license) Minimum 1 year of Labor & Deliver y experience (Level IV
preferred) Experience with high-risk obstetrics Proficiency with
magnesium sulfate and insulin drips Advanced NRP certification
required Advanced external fetal monitoring skills Strong clinical
