Responsibilities - Riverside Methodist Hospital has a Level III
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - The NICU is operated in
partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital, bringing their
neonatal expertise into Riverside Methodist - The unit has 42 beds
and serves as the referral hub for the OhioHealth system, caring
for approximately 650 infants per year - Care is provided by 16
board-certified/eligible neonatologists and a multidisciplinary
team, available 24/7 - Services include: - Prenatal consultations -
Delivery room attendance - Management of premature and critically
ill newborns - Ongoing family-centered care and communication -
Maternal-Fetal Medicine services are available for high-risk
pregnancies, including advanced diagnostics like fetal
echocardiography and blood transfusions Qualifications - Board
Certified Peds residency-trained - ACGME accredited Neo Fellowship
