Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Can not apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio State University facilities. Required Skills/Experience: Medications, Oncology, Plastics, Work Settings, MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Respiratory, Tracheostomy care/management Preferred Skills/Experience: PCA, Administration of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Surgical drains Oncology experience Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Drivers License/State ID Preferred Credentials: Unit/Facility Details: Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Shift & Scheduling: D/N or 12HR Nights - Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Floating Requirements: To other MedSurg Oncology units Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 14 days maximum time off.
