Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist with experience in surgery/OR, ER, portable, and inpatient & outpatient diagnostic imaging, proficient with C-arm and GE equipment. Details - Inpatient and outpatient diagnostic radiology setting - Experience required in surgery/OR, ER, portable, and inpatient & outpatient diagnostics - Uses GE imaging equipment - 4x10 hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM - Weekend rotation of one weekend every 4 weeks - Local candidates are accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates Requirements - Current BLS (AHA), ARRT certification, and ODH licensure required - Proficiency with C-arm required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation safety and patient care - Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred - Experience with Epic EHR and PACS preferred - Experience with a Radiology Information System (RIS) preferred - License required if applicable - Proof of address, full SSN, DOB, copy of certifications, 1 supervisory reference, and Nursys license required for consideration Additional Information - Responsibilities include patient positioning, performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, radiation protection, image quality evaluation, and documentation of patient dose exposures - Assists licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized radiography procedures using aseptic surgical technique as needed - Identifies, prepares, and/or administers medications and contrast as prescribed by a licensed practitioner - Pass/fail EKG test administered on the first day with 2 attempts allowed; study guides will be provided - No Dysrhythmia exam required American Traveler Job ID P-680042.
