Job Description:
Vituity, a pioneering healthcare management services provider,
is looking for a Lead Advanced Provider to join our team. This
leadership position will play a critical role in enhancing our
healthcare delivery across various specialties including emergency
medicine, hospital medicine, and critical care. At Vituity, we are
dedicated to transforming healthcare through collaborative
partnerships and innovative practices. As a Lead Advanced Provider,
you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working
alongside top healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional
patient outcomes. Provide expert clinical care to patients in
accordance with up-to-date, evidence-based standards including
diagnosing and managing acute and chronic diseases. Supervise and
mentor a team of advanced practice providers (APPs), ensuring high
standards of care and professional growth. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and
administrative staff to enhance care delivery processes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical
governance activities including research and quality improvement
projects. Contribute to the development and implementation of
patient care policies and protocols. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Strong
clinical skills with the ability to manage both common and complex
illnesses. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable
of directing and supervising others. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Proficient
in using healthcare technology and electronic health records (EHR).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant. Board Certification in an appropriate
specialty (e.g., ANCC, AANP, NCCPA). BLS and ACLS
certification.
