Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: London, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,260 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: 3/7/2026 About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: LCDC II not acceptable Description: The Behavioral Healthcare Provider develops, coordinates, implements, and provides identified interdisciplinary services. These services are concerned with the development and integration of behavioral and biomedical science knowledge and techniques related to health and illness. The provider applies this knowledge to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. Within the scope of practice, the provider performs psychosocial interventions with clients. Interventions may be individual, family, or group-based (e.g., counseling, testing, and education). The provider develops intervention goals and objectives aimed at educating clients and resolving their functional problems. Participation in the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of treatment system goals and objectives is required. Clients and their families are interviewed to establish case goals and objectives. The provider assesses clients and determines specific intervention techniques while monitoring responses to treatment. Feedback on the effectiveness of prescribed treatment is provided. The provider evaluates cases managed by lower-level behavioral healthcare providers and the progress made by clients. Necessary data documents are maintained to satisfy requirements of federal, state, and local agencies. Data may include social histories, admission and aftercare summaries, court documents, and other legally required forms. The provider serves on treatment teams and participates in program development teams. Attendance at training meetings, departmental meetings, and court hearings is required. The provider establishes and maintains working relationships with other facilities, agencies, and support services. These relationships are crucial for coordinating referrals and conducting follow-up services. Knowledge of departmental regulations, policies, procedures, and governmental rules is essential. Skills in counseling (both group and individual), client/patient care, and crisis intervention are necessary. The ability to discuss sensitive matters and proofread technical materials is required. The provider must recognize unusual or threatening conditions and take appropriate action. An understanding of abstract fields of study, problem-solving skills in complex situations, and the ability to apply social work theories are also necessary. Minimum Qualifications: License requirements include: - Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) - Licensed Registered Nurse with a master's degree in psychology or a related mental health field - Licensed Registered Nurse with a master's degree in nursing with a Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing concentration - Licensed Registered Nurse with a practice specialty certificate in Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal is required to maintain classification.
