care. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments
and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Design and
oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective
service delivery Train parents and caregivers on behavioral
strategies and intervention techniques Monitor client progress,
analyze data, and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification — required Master’s degree in Applied Behavior
Analysis, Psychology, or related field Strong knowledge of ABA
principles and behavior management methodologies Experience working
with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs Experience
providing parent/caregiver training and education Excellent
communication, organizational, and leadership skills Position
Details Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site) Salary Range: $70,000
