Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: 2 Years of ICU Experience License: Active Ohio or Compact RN License Certifications: ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) NIHSS Certification Must-Have: Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. Description: Functioning within the mission, vision, and values, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients during their shift. The RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. The RN must float to all units within their skill level. Immediate Open Heart Recovery Experience is preferred. TNCC Certification is highly preferred.
