Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Chillicothe, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,240 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: Long-term assignment Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: LPC or LSW Certifications: Must have an LPC or LSW license Description: This position works under clinical supervision and requires considerable knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques. The role involves being a member of a sex offender team. Responsibilities include managing sex offender interventions for an assigned caseload. The position requires completing screenings and assessments. Conducting group and individual interventions as prescribed in the program assessment is essential. Evidence-based correctional program intervention strategies must be utilized within the scope of practice and as guided by supervision. Reports and necessary data documents must be written to meet the requirements of federal, state, and local agencies. Documentation of all inmate encounters and contacts must be entered in the electronic health record. Miscellaneous forms and reports need to be completed as dictated by policy and protocol. Transfer and discharge summaries must also be finalized. Consultation with other staff regarding the caseload, inmate's institutional adjustment, and service needs is expected. Attending meetings of program supervision and participating in in-service training and workshops for professional development is necessary.
