Job Description Job Description Our client is a well?established
practice that has been serving patients since 1960. This modern
office features 12 operatories and is equipped with advanced
technology, including 3D panoramic imaging, digital sensor X?rays,
CEREC same?day crowns, iTero scanners and AI?enhanced systems. Over
the past five years the practice revenue has grown steadily which
reflects their commitment to high?quality care and patient
satisfaction. They currently care for about 5,800 active patients
and welcome 100?125 new patients each month! Their team includes
four experienced doctors and 24 dedicated teammates. They are
contracted with three PPO networks (no Medicaid) and offer a
competitive compensation package for our doctors. Key
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of
all ages, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic
treatments. Diagnose and formulate treatment plans utilizing 3D
Pano, digital X?rays, CEREC same?day crowns, iTero scanning and
other advanced technology. Collaborate with our team of hygienists,
dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure patients
receive exceptional care. Maintain accurate and timely patient
records and documentation. Participate in regular team meetings and
continuing education to stay current with best practices and new
advancements in dentistry. Qualifications DDS/DMD degree from an
accredited dental school and a current Ohio dental license (or
ability to obtain). Proficiency with digital dentistry tools and
CEREC technology preferred; training can be provided. Commitment to
delivering patient?centered care with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a
multi?doctor practice and contribute to a positive team culture.
