Job Description Job Description *Pay rate is based on experience and will be discussed in the interview process* JAG Healthcare is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. This Occupational Therapy Assistant would be working with the JAG Healthcare facilities in Marion, Harding, Mansfield, and Shelby. All JAG Healthcare facilities are skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers with small, homelike, family-oriented atmospheres. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by the state. An active state license is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
