running! Your Role & Responsibilities: Follow resident care plans
and report resident needs to Unit Manager or Charge Nurse.
Administer medications to residents within scope. Maintain
accountability for controlled substances; inventory medications and
at the beginning and end of each shift notify supervisor of
discrepancies. What You Bring to the Team: A heart for serving
seniors – You’re compassionate, patient, and committed to making a

environment. Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive
top-quality, individualized care. Qualifications: 2-3 years of
experience in areas including but not limited to Skilled Nursing
Facility, Dementia Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic
preferred but not required Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide
Certification required. Kentucky Medication Aide Certification
required Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Be
