TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find a
qualified Oncology RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title:
Registered Nurse - Oncology Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?):
Columbus, OH (onsite) Contract Duration: 16 weeks Work Hours: Day
3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) | Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Total
Weekly Hours: 36 BMT(14 & 15W ) - Oncology / Mixed acuity PCU and
MS unit If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be
scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on
the department s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week
scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on
staffing priorities at that time. Experience: Must have MS and
oncology experience in checklist (1 year minimum). Heme Onc
experience is strongly preferred. Chemo certification is NOT
required Patient Diagnoses: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Adult) Amyloidosis Aplastic Anemia Chronic
Leukemia Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Chronic Myeloid
(Myelogenous) Leukemia Hodgkin's Lymphoma Multiple Myeloma
Myelodysplastic Syndrome Myeloproliferative Disorders Non-Hodgkin s
Lymphoma Special Procedures/Unit Details: Autologous Transplants:
Patients receive their own stem cells. Syngeneic Transplants:
Patients receive stem cells from their identical twin. Allogeneic
Transplants: Patients receive stem cells from their sibling,
parent, or an unrelated donor. CAR-T Therapy Certifications
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred Certifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Oncology Nursing
Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification Oncology Certified Skills
Required: MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) Telemetry monitoring
Interpretation of dysrhythmias Use of Rapid Response Teams Feeding
tube care and management Blood product administration Central line
blood draw Peripheral line care/management PICC line management
