Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience Description: Join our team of
highly skilled and dedicated RNs. Our staff is trained in caring
for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients. The unit
consists of 24 beds for trauma and neuro intensive care. We handle
blunt force and penetrating injuries, including abdominal,
maxillofacial, orthopedic, and thoracic trauma. We also manage
ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, aneurysms, brain tumors,
seizures, traumatic brain, and spinal cord injuries. Our surgical
focus includes complex spine and abdominal surgeries, head and neck
procedures, and specialty OB/GYN. Advanced hemodynamic monitoring
is utilized, along with massive transfusions, ICP monitoring, brain
tissue oxygenation, ventricular drains, and continuous dialysis.
Every other weekend and holiday/hard-to-fill shifts will be
assigned as needed. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 2:1. Royal blue
scrubs are required. Sunrise EHR is used for documentation. The
unit is designated as a Level 1 Trauma Center and a Stroke Center
for Excellence. Candidates must have the required licenses and
certifications to work in this environment. Requirements Required
