Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,780 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Lexington, Kentucky, 40536! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years of cath lab experience required License: Compact or State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Call required with a 30-minute call back time Experience with diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations Experience with structural, implants, hemodynamics, and conscious sedation required Level 1 trauma experience preferred Description: Call policy includes one late shift per week, one call shift per week, and one to two call weekends per six-week schedule. Floating to the electrophysiology lab will be expected and scheduled as needed, including taking late call when assigned to the electrophysiology lab. Candidates must be willing to float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities. The daily census includes a diverse patient age group, from neonates to geriatrics. Comprehensive patient care involves interdisciplinary support services. Candidates should expect to work with a variety of cardiac procedures. This includes ECMO, TAVR, Watchman, and Mitral Clip procedures. Call frequency typically involves one to two shifts per week during the regular schedule period. Candidates are expected to have proficiency in various cardiac-related skills and procedures. Compliance with credentialing requirements is mandatory, including specific examinations and competency assessments.
