TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Critical
Care Float Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Valid RN
license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: o IV
Start o Telemetry o Ventilator management experience o Proficiency
with EPIC Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for
weekend night shifts. Flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise.
Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and
patient acuity. This includes Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical
ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU. Nurses are required
to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Previous
travel nursing experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be
skilled in managing complex patient needs in various critical care
settings. Knowledge of patient monitoring and advanced life support
techniques is essential. Effective communication and teamwork
skills are crucial for successful collaboration in an
interdisciplinary environment. Candidates will be part of a dynamic
