Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support
elementary school students in Dayton, OH. This contract position
extends through the current school year (CSY) with an immediate
start and a contract end date of 5/21/26. The role involves
managing a caseload of two students, providing approximately 175
minutes of direct therapy per month, with possibilities for
additional hours based on program needs. The position requires
experience and proficiency in school-based occupational therapy to
effectively support students developmental and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy services
tailored to individual student needs within the school setting -
Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop
and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) - Monitor
student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance
with regulatory guidelines - Participate in regular meetings to
discuss student outcomes and adjust therapy plans accordingly
Qualifications and Experience: - Licensure as a certified
Occupational Therapist with relevant state credentials -
Demonstrated experience providing occupational therapy services in
school environments - Strong understanding of pediatric therapy
techniques and educational frameworks - Excellent communication and
teamwork skills to engage with students, families, and school
personnel Location: Dayton, Ohio Elementary school setting This
contract offers a competitive hourly rate of $45-55. Candidates who
