The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after completing 6 months (180 days) of employment) The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after completing 6 months (180 days) of employment) Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Moderate working knowledge of Excel Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmacy dispensing Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience Additional Information Work Hours : 10-hour shift Monday-Friday (Will have one (1) day off during the week) between the hours of 6 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST (Based on business need) Overtime (Can include weekends) based on business needs Work Style : Onsite: (Park75 Union Center) 9843 Windisch Road West Chester Twp, OH 45069 HireVue Statement : As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
